What I'm Doing Now
Last updated 30 May 2026
What I've Been Up To
- I vibe-coded a Safari extension for hiding distractions from YouTube: mainly Shorts, video comments and the recommended feeds. It's simple but highly useful. I might put it up on GitHub at some point after giving it some polish.
- I'm trying out DockDoor as my macOS window switcher after using AltTab for many years. It took me a while to get a visual setup that I'm happy with, but after dialling it in it's been working great so far. I'm not yet entirely sold on the dock previews, but I'll give it some more time before further judgement.
- After too long, I'm working on the next update for Mochi Pets. I am still on macOS Sequoia - it might be time for me to upgrade if I need to use Xcode 26 on Tahoe.
What I've Been Enjoying
- Roland-Garros 2026. With Djokovic and Sinner out, we're gonna get a new slam winner on the men's side. How exciting!
- New Mirar album Gradus Ad Parnassum. A few songs on this record feature opera vocals which sound sick.
- Lorna Shore are playing in Auckland in October. This year is shaping up to be absolutely stacked in terms of metal concerts.
